Identification of the Controller

The identification of the controller is NOUGAVA, SAU (hereinafter "NOUGAVA") and its identifying data are reflected in the heading of these General Conditions and in the Legal Notice of the website.

Use and purpose of the data

The data that we request or may send us in the different forms and emails that appear on our website are for:

i) Respond to queries, provide information required by the User;
ii) Manage registration as a user on our website, as well as manage the reservation request.
iii) Send informative communications about our services, news and offers;

interested in continuing to be incorporated into them until the responsible party considers it appropriate and as long as it is appropriate to the purpose for which they were obtained.

Data retention

The personal data provided will be preserved:
– Queries and requests: the data will be kept until the request or the consultation made by the interested party ends.
– User website: once the user is deregistered, the data is blocked and the time legally established before its destruction is preserved.
– Sending informative communications about our services: until the interested party cancels the data.

Subject´s rights

Putting in the subject the reference "Data Protection" and accompanying the application a copy of the ID or equivalent identification document.

If you consider that your rights have not been adequately addressed, you have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
